Fiery Feeds is a powerful and highly customisable feed reader and read-it-later client that syncs with most services.

- Smart Views -

Fiery Feeds Premium automatically renews as a paid subscription, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the date of renewal. The payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. You can cancel a free trial or subscription anytime by turning off auto-renewal through your iTunes account settings. This must be done 24 hours before the end of a free trial or subscription period to avoid being charged. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and you will be downgraded to the free service. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a premium subscription during the free trial period.

Very good RSS reader

Very good experience overall.

What could be better:
– I would like to be able to manually set a language in the settings (by default it’s set to “clunky machine-translated French” on my device and I would prefer to have it in English without resorting to changing my whole system’s language)
– Add the ability to create folders, without having to create several accounts. (I would love to have one account per language, and be able to have folders for news/hobbies/etc.)
– Add Libertinus to the available fonts. (The font is free to use and super-readable on high ppi screens).

Other than these three points, it is a pleasure to use, and the pricing is very reasonable. Keep up the good work.

- You can change the app specific language in the System Settings > Fiery Feeds > Preferred Language
- I assume you're using local/iCloud based accounts? Long press any feed to bring up the context menu, then select move. You'll be able to create new folders on the folder selection screen. You can even use folder groups to group the folders by language - which is what I do.

Annoying ubscription model

If I have paid for an app subscription I don’t want to be pestered almost every time I open the app to upgrade to the “pro” version. If I had wanted the pro version I would have paid for it.

Not cool, I now feel like deleting the app.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience, but if you already have a subscription, please you the Restore Purchases button to unlock everything. I had to make a few changes to the handling of subscriptions to support the Mac app, and automatically restoring after the upgrade did fail in a few cases, unfortunately.

“Pro” is only a new name for the subscription, because your existing subscription now also includes the Mac version of the app.

NextCloud news has not been working a while

Seem like every now and the sync stops working (right now it works on the iPad but not the iPhone) with “pushing changes” never done and sync stuck. Very frustrating. It works initially when removing the account and adding back, but stops there after.

This should be fixed in version 2.4.6.
