Zu aggressiver Service
Vorweg die App sieht sehr schön aus.
Der Kundendienst ist jedoch zu aggressiv. Es ist höchst unprofessionell jemanden um 10 Uhr morgens anzurufen um ihm zu sagen, dass die 1000.- CHF die man eingezahlt hat „sehr wenig“ sind. Erwartet man etwa, dass man direkt einen 6-stelligen Betrag überweist?
Man redet auch gern die Konkurrent schlecht wie z.B Degiro, da diese anscheinend keinen telefonischen Kundendienst hätten. Lieber kein telefonischer Kundendienst als um 10 Uhr angerufen zu werden.
Gebührentechnisch sicherlich günstiger als die Konkurrenz aber auch nicht so sehr.
Promissing but poor performance
Basic app functionality with a nice simple design. Unfortunately the performance of the app is very poor. Spinning wheels pop up way too often. Also quite buggy sometimes with switched up values for stocks in portfolio and watchlists.
Bug App
Le prix des marchés ont pas bougés depuis 2-3 jours. Impossible de rechercher des actions… App à revoir!
