Il s’agit d’une marketplace permettant parfois à des personnes peu scrupuleuses de vendre des clés logicielles qui ne sont pas forcément valables.
De mon expérience lorsque des problèmes se produisent le service après vente n’est pas d’une grande aide, pour un remboursement, il faut porter plainte à la police, ce qui prends du temps. Ensuite leur service préfère croire le vendeur.
Bien qu’il puisse y avoir des bonnes offres il n’y a pas de garantie que cela fonctionne vraiment.

I send a payment 2X was failed in website but when I saw was taken from my account 2 times

If your payment failed, it's most likely because the transaction was rejected by the security system. In such cases refund is automatic but it may take a couple of days for the payment operator to process it.
