We update the Guuru app often to make it faster and more reliable for you. Here are a couple of the enhancements that we have for you in this latest update:
- Introducing support for transactions in Canadian Dollars (CAD) currency.
- Added the ability to specify a minimum payable amount, particularly useful in scenarios where elevated bank fees are incurred during payment processing.

Ich bin zufrieden mit der App
Einfach schlecht!
Ich hatte meinen allerersten Chat, den ich anscheinend nicht „schnell“ genug beantwortet habe. Deswegen wurde ich aus der gesamten Community ausgeschlossen. Bekomme also keine Anfragen mehr.
Da hätte ich mir die ganzen Fragebögen vorher echt sparen können.
Generell finde ich dieses Konzept sehr fragwürdig. Qualitativer Kundenservice sieht anders aus.👎
Customer Service? So nicht!
Ich wollte mich darüber informieren wie man Guuru wird, da ich mich nicht erfolgreich via App registrieren konnte. Zwei mal wurde mir telefonisch ein Rückruf versprochen... bisher hab ich von niemanden was gehört. Customer Service ist was anderes!
