ENVIRONMENTAL & STUDIO LIGHTING
Realistic environmental lighting based on HDR photos, recreate a sunrise, midday, or sunset illumination. Switch to Studio Lighting to create amazing lighting composition with multiple spotlights and different colors.
Change the lighting to be at any angle or intensity. Perfect to study the planes of the head and understand tones.
CUSTOMISABLE RENDERING
The edge outline highlights the planes for easier practice. Turn it off once comfortable and practice in a more realistic setting. Modify the shininess for a different material rendering.

Hecking dope
I was frankly giving up on finding a reference app that would not make me puke while using it.
I love it, the subscription price are not cringe worthy for once AND you can just straight up buy it forever. The only thing I could ask for would be adding other body part like hands, but it would be a different app at that point.
Amazingly useful app!!!
My hobby is drawing and I love drawing portraits... unfortunately I am really struggling getting the basic head proportions and shading right to get a real 3D effect in my drawings. In order to improve here I read Andrew Loomi’s book about drawing heads. The best book for head drawing in my opinion. And this app here is in my opinion the best way to practice Loomi’s head method. Really great how the app let’s you start with a really simple model to then step by step increase the complexity (and accuracy) of the model. Thanks a lot Wes!
