Mesmo seguindo as instruções a risca, não consigo ligar a aplicação, mas porque fazer tudo complicado, tenho que tirar um curso de informática e ter um doutorado em wi-fi para poder ligar o aparelho a aplicação?

Il y a un net progrès pour l’installation, mais tout bloque au moment d’introduire le nom du lieu. Les concepteurs n’ont pas prévu que leur application pourrait être installée sur iPhone SE avec petit écran. Du coup le champ d’écriture est caché par le bouton de confirmation. On ne peut ni dérouler ni avancer.
Comme disait le général Alcazar «Caramba, encore raté!».

Cannot connect with bluetooth
After following the homewhiz set-up instructions meticulously, I can‘t connect to the laundry/dryer - somehow the app goes through the motions of wanting to connect, the machine is also put into connecting mode, but the two don‘t talk to each other. I‘m a bit worried I won‘t be able to use all those extra programmes that come with homewhiz, and that I need to might need to open an expensive service case.
Having browsed the other reviews just now, i‘m quite worried this is a persistent issue.

Dear Customer, Please make sure that the knob is at "OFF" position and you have enabled "Scan Nearby Devices" for HomeWhiz in your phone settings.
