Support Disappeared

InstaShop doesn’t have support anymore. Not a single issue was resolved.
1. I have experienced order to be cancelled because of payment “declined”, while I was charged. So no way to place the order, when reported stupid support told me that I was refunded, I want to place the order, not to be refunded!!! This happened more than 5 times.
2. When there are missing products they give useless points that are not possible to use.
3. When order not delivered they will send you messages asking for phone number while the phone is written everywhere in the delivery address and profile. So I need to chase my order several days to get delivered.

So many simple issues that support is just not capable to fix. Instead of fixing the complaint they try to call you for nothing.
