OK : got the way : the on’y way to let it work is, after (!) having bought, click on upgrade (one more time) and there it is
Hope this can help others

Watch OS 6.2.1

With the latest version on my watch version 5 the app crash after a while; the button [ Next ] remains on the screen and no sound like on other device...
