Not user friendly at all

🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Update 2: Support team is amazing. Although I lost some ancient libraries, I’m grateful app is now running smoothly and all new libraries added Update: With libraries linked to an email I have no longer access to, I now can’t delete the app. Using Kajabi on iOS. When trying to add new library in settings, the app closes every time. For a very long time I couldn’t add new libraries. Very annoying really …please talk to your developers!!! For every new library, I need to delete the app and download again from App Store. Hoping for an update very soon

Hello, we are sorry that you are experiencing issues with new content that you subscribe to. One quick suggestion is navigating to the Account Settings page in the app and attempting a pull to refresh action, this will refresh all sites associated with your email address. mh, PLEASE can you do better than that?

Kajabi on my iPad Pro, does not rotate the screen automatically on landscape mode, so using the App is a bad experience. Kajabi on my iPhone doesn't offer any other way to Login, other than through an eMails Account: Guys, I don't use any eMail Account on my iPhone! So why after confirming the correctness of my eMail Address on my iPad, accessing my account on the iPhone still remains impossible? Therefore THANKS, but my question to you is, could you do better than that, PLEASE? THANKS and please stay innovative, stay imaginative, stay tuned to the needs of your users. iPad Version

Ich würde mir die Kurse gerne auf dem iPad anschauen, es gibt aber keine brauchbare Version. Vom iPhone kann ich den Bildschirm nicht über Apple TV teilen. Am Schluss nützt mir die App so nichts und ich muss auf die Desktop Anwendung zurückgreifen. Schade!
