I can't switch off the shake function. Bad!!!

Every update is asking for 28 CHF; restore purchase is NOT working

Every update of this app is asking AGAIN for paying 28 CHF; and restore purchase is NOT working. No CS. Oh his app is very fishy and Apple should take a look into it. There is NO way I would pay 5-6x per year 28 CHF each update because that means the yearly cost would be close to 170 CHF and close to 2’000 CHF for 10 years !!!! I would then rather buy a paper version but NOT this scam company. Shame on your greed ! UPDATE ACCORDING TO DEVELOPER RÉPONSE 15 March 2022 1. It is the ONLY app with dictionary I use. Blaming customers is no-go business. I know this app for years when I purchased their licence at 15.- CHF at that time. 2. Pricing of this app is today at 32.- CHF instead of 28.- CHF. Yes yes. Increasing again. It must be the fuel or something else as their commercial strategy. I would publish on Internet a review with SCREENSHOTS and VIDEOS. See you there. #shameinpublic 3. I can only think their about > email support (which is hiding in several layers of 16 other menus) is not supportive considering their reply. I would give MINUS 20 to this app. There is NO mistake on my side. Again, not assuming failed invoicing is VERY fishy. Again, this is the only dictionary app, no other app, no different app. Read above and correct your business and your repeated invoicing tentatives. I notice this company is inviting now after several back and forth to go « private » and write them an email (yet, no such contact mention within the app in the first place). At the same time, I notice that public screenshots and reviews are more useful for all. FORTH UPDATE ACCORDING TO DEVELOPER RESPONSE 31 MARCH 2022. The answer of the developer Enfour for Longmann dictionary is AGAIN very far away of reality. I have this precise app, as proof I can give a review which is NOT possible if this app is not installed on IPhone. The fact this Longman dictionary has so many « developers » and IDENTICAL apps and logo is a proof of multiple « businesses » but only one owner behind. Previous review of this PRECISE APP is correct. I do not care about modification or update to erase screens. As already mentioned, those type of operations will have to be call out in PUBLIC and not via email or contact form which they don’t have either within this precise app. 5TH UPDATE ACCORDING TO DEVELOPER RESPONSE 16 APRIL 2022. It looks like this Enfour and Longman companies need a dictionary to understand the above review. The above review stays because is true. I also notice these Asia companies recently update their app and refuse to answer above issues while insisting to obtain personal data. Minus -40 points. If they continue aux way they will get to -1 million points. 6th, 7th UPDATE ACCORDING TO DEVELOPER RESPONSE 21 APRIL 2022, 17 MAI 2022. Read above. Review stays because 100% true considering your business behavior. 8th UPDATE, The app is NOT working at all. Now the developer has created a new separate app where he still continues to INVOICE at every update.

The same back to you. We are just trying to help, but you are not interesting in finding the cause of your issue and just write a longer and longer review -instead of using email like a normal user.
There is no purchase restore anywhere in this app. You must be downloading an app from another developer.

We don't want your personal data -we are not Google! What would we do with your email address? Use a Gmail account to some other "burner" address, if you are worried.

As we said before, there are three apps using the same main content and dictionary engine, but they have different licenses and payment methods. Those licenses are not interchangeable. Apple doesn't let us do that.
All we want to do is make sure you are not confusing between the app you purchased with some other one -like the InApp Purchase version from our partner company English Channel. We can not tell from just the text alone in your review.

"Did you look in your AppStore > Account > "Purchased" List to see if you have downloaded more than one LDOCE?"
