Connect the app to your LifeMax service


You can also take care of your loved ones from the LifeMax GuardBuddy app!
Registration in the LifeMax GuardBuddy application is done by entering a name, an email address and a password. After logging in, you can easily connect your loved one's LifeMax SoulBuddy application to the LifeMax GuardBuddy application by entering the LifeMax SoulBuddy connect code or using a QR code. The application can only be used together with LifeMax's SoulBuddy service! Multiple LifeMax SoulBuddy applications can be connected to one LifeMax GuardBuddy.

After a successful connection, the map view is displayed, as it will be every time the application is opened. And with the help of the application, you can receive notifications about the situation of your loved one and the signals they give off. With the help of the application, you can also easily change the data of your loved ones and set a profile picture.

With LifeMax GuardBuddy, you can always sleep peacefully! In the application, it is possible to track if the LifeMax SoulBuddy user has issued an emergency signal: the type of the given alarm, the time, the start of the dispatcher's action, as well as the comment given in the dispatch center when the case was closed, as well as the set type of the case (real, false, test, etc.). The application can also send you a notification about the signals, but also about when the dispatcher initiates a call to the client.

Track your beneficiary's movements or see where they've been recently in the LifeMax GuardBuddy app. With the help of the app, you can also plan your route to your loved one's current position with the push of a button.

With the help of the application, you can also change the range of the GEO-fence, i.e. you can set how far the beneficiary can move away from the home without the device sending a signal to the dispatchers.
