Confusing

I find the app confusing. Where are you supposed to start? Also I am not a beginner - estimated C1 level - but i get proposed beginner vocabulary.

I believe that giving this product a 1-star rating is generous. It does not match the description provided, and they do not offer refunds to dissatisfied customers. Is there anything else I need to add? Yes, I think they should be banned from selling this product.
