Difficult to synchronize:-(

To many times to do setting back, loosing my data in the watch. Synchronisation does not work because cannot find watch - even bluetooth is on. No option to push other buttons to start new. Beside, I buy the first watch series and now you promote the PowerWatch 2 more fancy although I thought you mentioned the PowerWatch 1 got the update too. Very disappointing watch and service.

Cannot be used without account

I was just going to pre-order the PW2 Luxe but then i just downloaded the app to see how it looks...and - just like all the other brands - account creation is obligatory!

That‘s a nogo! I don’t want my data so be sent somewhere! Health data are critical private data and syncing such data to a company must be an optional (!!!) OPT-IN.

Sorry guys. Though i really like your features, but if you don’t respect you customers privacy then it’s no PW2 for me then.

Verliert immer wieder die Verbindung

Leider funktionieren weder notifications noch die Synchronisation sauber. Es entstehen immer wieder Fehler ober die Uhr muss wieder auf werkseinstellung gebracht werden und neu verbunden. Alles in allem leider richtig mühsam und unpraktisch.
