All the time remote excess error V4+

Try to remote excess but error all the time with new update,(already enable remote excess) even I use local wifi and tap remote excess and said remote excess error! gateway is not reachable for about 1,2,3,10 and 30 min, often/many time when new update and V4+ had error with some function all way and all the time,
And RGB LED wrong Green=Red
RED=Green after update application,
