subscription not valid on website

you can access the website from the app, but you cannot access the content. does not make any sense & too expensive

Useless app

This app has been straight-up useless for me :
- couldn't get it to show article content (tried on two separate iPhones).
- bought a subscription through the app store which isn't recognized as a digital subscription on the website.
- extremely limited app documentation, completely insufficient to solve my issues.
