Beschreibung

Möbius Sync brings Syncthing to your iPhone or iPad, allowing you to synchronize selected files between iOS devices and other devices supported by Syncthing, without the need for any cloud service.

Supports multiple folders and multiple remote devices. Synchronized folders can be created either:
1. in the Möbius Sync sandbox and files can be added to and retrieved from shared folders via the iOS Files app; or
2. (PAID feature) by accessing other apps' sandboxes. This feature is EXPERIMENTAL and may break other app's functionality.

Uses the open-source Syncthing engine internally.

Usage within the Möbius Sync sandbox is free up to 20MB. Unlimited file sync, including files in other apps' sanboxes is available for a one-time purchase.

NOTE: The functionality unlocked by in-app purchase is identical to that in Möbius Sync Pro (which is purchased up-front).

Minimum functionality, no updates

The setup is easy (like SyncThing on desktop) and when you trigger it manually it reliably syncs. But background sync is not working for me. The app has not been updated for 9 months. I cannot recommend it in the current state. With more regular updates and improved funtionality it would be great though.

Two updates in the last four months. New functionality can now sync other apps’ sandbox data. Background sync works within iOS constraints. Please check the FAQ on our website and reach out if you’re still having trouble.

Sync in background not working

Background sync would be nice, but as it is today, you have to open this app to sync the files. Not really like Syncthing works (it does that automatically in the background) but better than nothing ;-)
Background Sync is a must have and I give 5 starts once we got it.

Background Sync not working

The background sync does exactly nothing, even though it says in the notifications that it has been syncing.
