Noch nie in meinem Leben so eine schlimme Erfahrung mit einem Kundendienst erlebt. Die Rückerstattung hat über zwei Monate gedauert anstatt wie vereinbart 7 Tage. Der Kundendienst hat die Unterhaltung einfach beendet und niemand hat auf die emails reagiert.
