I don't get it

I downloaded this app days ago and I love it but now when I open it, first I have to wait a minute and then I have to watch an add and after the screen just goes black and nothing else happens.

!

I don’t know what’s going on but it’s been 2 days since I can’t use the application. There is always this screen of a random story, a sign of downloading and then nothing. Can’t enter the game at all.

I loved it - but only ends on a „Black Screen“ now :(
