Saving error means recording lost …
I bought a MV88+ mic and tested it with this (official SHURE) App beforehand ahead of a music school concert, it worked fine. On the day, I filmed the whole thing (1hour 30 minutes) it seemed ok until I ended the recording. The app displayed a “saving error” message … and the video was lost, just gone. I briefly saw on screen that the file is 7.1GB (have 50GB available storage on my phone, iPhone 12 mini), so hoped it would be saved somewhere, but no it just seems to have been deleted by the App. Very, very disappointed and annoyed and sad. This concert will never happen again and many people weren’t allowed to attend due to COVID restrictions. It’s just gone for them. And I had made sure to update to latest version (1.6.0.259). Which makes the mic useless for me… Very lousy!
List videos.
For the last six months or more, and despite updates in the app, an error message appears frequently, at least half of the time, after a video recording, which then can’t be stored and is definitely lost.
