Description
With the MVG Fahrinfo München app, users of public transport in and around Munich can get from A to B easily. It allows you to quickly find the right connection and buy the right ticket directly.
Over the course of summer 2024, MVG Fahrinfo München will be replaced by the new MVGO app. It offers all the important public transport features and more.
You can already download MVGO from the App Store. You can easily transfer existing HandyTickets/subscriptions to MVGO.
MVGO is the mobility app for Munich and the surrounding area that combines public transport and sharing services. Including: mobile tickets, connection information, disruption reports, live departure times, bikes, e-scooters, car sharing, charging stations and much more.

Absoluter dreck
Es werden Verbindungen angezeigt die nicht existieren oder wo die Fahrzeiten und Abfahrten komplett zeitlich verschoben sind . Und bei der mvg kann man sich nirgends deswegen melden
Unfassbar umständlich
Login nur mit Konto, Konto kann nicht in der App angelegt werden sondern via langsamer Browser-Verbindung. Zahlungsoptionen, die 2022 absolut standard sind (i.e. Apple Pay) werden nicht akzeptiert. App wäre 2011 gut gewesen - heute nicht.
Selten eine so schlechte App gesehen
Drei verschieden Kreditkarten probiert, immer Verarbeitungsfehler, obwohl Geld abgebucht wurde. Auch SEPA Ticketkauf funktioniert nicht.

derzeit kommt es bei der Zahlungsmitteleingabe von manchen Kreditkarten zu einem Fehler, wodurch das korrekt eingegebene Zahlungsmittel nicht gespeichert wird.
Abhängig von der Prüfung durch unseren Zahlungsmitteldienstleister Logpay, kommt es bei manchen Kunden zur Ablehnung von SEPA. Bei Bedarf kann man sich bzgl. SEPA direkt an die Logpay unter https://faq.logpay.de/ wenden.
Der Fehler mit der Zahlungsmitteleingabe bei Kreditkarten wird mit dem nächsten Update behoben.
