Ho scoperto l’app grazie ai regali di Natale. Riscattare il regalo è stato facile e veloce, userò sicuramente l’app più spesso per usufruire dei vantaggi dei LVGA e il cashback.
Pagamento presso gli sportelli comunali
Non ho idea di come funzioni per i residenti, ma per chi come me non è domiciliato a Lugano, l’acquisto di MyLugano Pass non può essere concluso in App e obbliga a recarsi ad uno sportello del comune per effettuare il pagamento. Decisamente poco pratico e confacente.

Allo stato attuale il controllo dell'identità degli utenti può avvenire solo ed esclusivamente tramite gli sportelli, questo secondo richiesta della FINMA, l'organo di vigilanza sui mercati. Stiamo lavorando in modo da rendere il processo più snello ed efficiente e saranno ipotizzabili dei miglioramenti in tal senso nei prossimi mesi.
