Did not work

Was able to download the app, but launching it did not progress beyond the “loading for the first time” splash screen, with request timeout popups appearing, along with instructions to check my connectivity. My connectivity was clearly fine as I was able to download the app itself. Pub had no wi-fi so was connected through international roaming and had no other connectivity options.

Edit since you’re reading this (kudos!): I’ve now confirmed that the app works from a UK IP address, but not from a Swiss IP address. International roaming in the UK with a Swisscom SIM uses a Swiss IP address, not a UK one. I suspect you have a geo blocking IP filter configured on your server side infrastructure.

Sorry to hear this Daniel, which pub were you at? All of our pubs should have WiFi but we can look into international roaming issues. Thanks.
