Description
Your digital insurance card and helper when something happens – call AXA in case of an emergency, transmit your GPS location, and get help via the 24-hour hotline. The app also allows to access all contracts, documents, personal advisors, as well as notification of damage to vehicles, travel, personal liability, legal protection, or health.

Kontostand inkl. In-App Payment
Liebe Axa, ich schätze eure App und die digitale Versicherungsadministartion sehr! Aber bitte integriert doch eine Übersicht wie „Kontostand“ oder „offene Rechnungen“ für eine zentrale Übersicht. Aktuell muss ich pro Produkt auf Dokumente, dieses laden, mir per E-Mail senden, damit ich mit meiner E-Banking App scannen und bezahlen kann. In der heutigen Zeit eine absolute Journey from Hell. Wenn ich also mit einem Klick im Menü Kontostand die ausstehenden Beträge direkt mit KK oder Twint begleichen könnte, wäre ich super happy!
Luft nach oben
Die App ist noch arg unübersichtlich. Eine Rechnung einzureichen braucht zig Schritte. Wa dabei besonders ärgerlich ist: die Buttons reagieren meist erst nach dem dritten oder vierten Tippen.
