Mangelnde Kundenorientierung
Geht man in der App auf „Kontakt“, kommt immerzu ein Fehler. Der Anbieter ist schwer zu erreichen, die Kundenorientierung fehlt an vielen Stellen, etwa in der Verklausulierung der Abrechnung.
Den Anbieter, einst Vorreiter in der Schweiz bei Apple Pay, kann ich nach der Übernahme durch die Cornerbank nun nicht mehr empfehlen.

Endlich, endlich hat die Bonuscard eine richtig gute App. Der Vorgänger war ja wirklich ein Trauerspiel. Jetzt sind Design, Funktionen und Dokumente tiptop. Danke!
