Nannyverse is a faster and smarter way to find a caregiver.

After downloading the app, you will create a free personal profile. Both the family representative and the prospective nannies have to do this. The profile consists of a series of typical questions and a few specific questions for the family and the nanny.
The specific questions include things like maximum salary, maximum travel distance, how many children are in the family, do you have a car, etc.

Then, both family representatives and prospective nannies take a quick 24-question personality assessment. This type of assessment is often used by employers to determine the fit of a prospective employee. We developed an algorithm that not only determines your personality type but also matches family personalities to nanny personalities, thus making an optimal match. Opposites do not always attract, so the algorithm is much more nuanced and specific to the caregiver industry. We are the only service in the industry that does this, since the algorithm is proprietary and invented by our founder and CEO, Dr. Ada Liberant.

The only nannies displayed to the families are ones with matching personalities and basic criteria such as salary, travel distance, etc. No other online service in the industry does this, which results in many uncomfortable conversations, especially around salaries, and wasted hours filtering and interviewing nannies that do not fit even the basic criteria.

Nannyverse is a free service to nannies looking for full-time employment and for families looking for prospective nannies. Families will need to pay a subscription fee to contact the nannies after viewing their profile.
