Great!

Very easy to use. Looking up journey, selecting and checkout all in a couple seconds

Difficult to use, cannot create account

Saying that it is unintuitive is an understatement. I click on the selected journey and nothing happens. There are other parts of the form that require input that are off the screen, therefore not visible, with no indication of why you are not able to select the journey that you want. A Captcha box appears and disappears at random. It is not possible to create an account from the app, only to log in, and so it appears that for all the time that I have been using the app, I have been doing so as a guest. Did no one do any user experience testing during the development of the app???
