The is not working reliable. It just doesn’t synch anymore. The written data cannot be accessed anymore. Truly disappointed.

We regret to inform you that the current NeoStudio blue icon is not synchronized due to the rollback decision for NeoStudio 2022.

We are currently in the process of developing and reviewing a version that allows manual data import for the use of handwritten data in NeoStudio 2022. After conducting thorough verification, we plan to release the iOS version simultaneously with the NeoStudio 2022 and 2023 apps around June 15th.
For more information, we provide a related link that is notified in the app. We kindly ask you to refer to it. Once again, we deeply apologize for not being able to assist you immediately.
