Slow with many bugs

This is the worst banking app I have on my phone, when I enable face id then it asks me to accept Touch ID on my iPhone! Then the app freezes and you cannot accept. Also when I submit a payment and get a confirmation sms and select it from the prompt bar it freezes the App ! Forcing me to login again and restart the process, the only way is to enter the SMS code manually and 1 in every 3 times it works without freezing! Why they cannot use facial recognition to confirm payments and adding new beneficiaries is beyond me, also waiting 6 hours to activate a new beneficiary is very annoying
