Not at all worth to buy and use

The scooter did - all of a sudden - not work anymore and was blocked. I had to carry it for more than 2 km to the next parking space. The temperature was 37 degrees. No help at all via service line, and above all only 15 % price reduction. Never ever again.

Only startscreen appearing

App does not show anything, only the start screen appears.
I think it worked a few days ago, but not sure.
I‘m using the app with a Swiss iTunes Account in Australia.
