Worst experience ever

Downloaded the app because wanted to order ready to eat from spinneys. In the app it says 60min for delivery. Order made at 6:11 and at 7:06 I receive a request to change my items because they’re out of stock. I changed. Then I write for the support to ask what time they will be delivering because it’s been an hour and the order is still “Preparing” and they say the the Chicken BBQ item was canceled because it’s out of stock. I asked why they didn’t even gave me an option to change to other chicken (because there were at least 5 different options) and they just canceled it and informed me in the help chat. - I was told to make a new order if I wanted to order any other option of chicken that they had. Chicken cost AED8 and minimum order value is AED25. I tried to contact someone again and while I was writing, the person that supposedly I was talking to “Shoniza Naqvi “ just ended the chat out of nowhere. If I could I would show the screenshot here. Don’t recommend to anyone!!!! Better use the other apps!!!
