Description

The most Simple Home Screen you can imagine.

It’s on point: that’s actually the app’s name, it’s just “ . ” a dot – a point.

Add your most important + least distracting apps within the app.

Download + set the wallpaper.

Remove all apps from your dock.

And add both the small + large widget to your home screen.

It’s super minimalistic. You gonna love it.

It breaks your phone habits.

Makes you think twice what you actually want to do with your phone.

What’s New

Version 2.0

Here’s a big update for on point:

Here’s what’s new in detail:
- Many target apps can now open directly without being redirected to on point first.
- New app icon that works in light mode / dark mode / tinted mode.
- Ensure compatibility with the new iOS.
- App randomization: if enabled, every time you open an app, apps are randomly re-positioned.
- There’s still a workaround to add custom apps via Shortcuts Automation, in case you can’t figure out a url scheme.

Simple and effective!

I tried several off detox apps, this one is the best for me. Once you understood you have a maximum of lines in a widget and you can use several widgets on the same page it’s wonderful. Nice, easy and customizable.
Thanks a lot!

Now paying for lesser version

Used this for a few months, really pleased with the app.
It stopped working all of a sudden without explanation and when opening the app to check what’s happening, app now asks for a paid version to allow features I was already using.

I set things on only one widget to keep using it, but it’s now USELESS.
When opening an app, it now opens the on point app first, then the desired app.
The worst is for lesser known apps for which you have to create shortcuts for.
And guess what? When just trying to open my local transport timetable, I get the on point app, then the shortcut app then my app.

If you manage to get this working as seamlessly as before I might consider paying for it.

Developer Response ,

Thanks a lot for your feedback! I can definitely understand your frustration, the old version used to work much better. It was not my decision to make the app work in a worse way.

I have worked hard in the last couple of weeks to add a new workaround which makes the app a lot better, especially when used with custom apps.

I would love to hear your feedback on this, you can find the new setting + tutorial in on point’s settings.
