Ratings and Reviews
Good content but horrible app
I really like the content but the app is just horrible! Here are the bugs that annoy me the most:
- loses track of where you are
- search is jus impossible to use
- scrolling of full page at the end of a chapter instead of smooth scrolling
- Sync of Progress between different devices is wrong - maybe related to my first one
This doesn’t stop me from using it but I think it’s pretty bad!
Bad app Ans bad service
Can’t move your data when switching accounts , can’t even follow your own playlists and create a local copy . It becomes more expensive and more Buggy each year . Just use your local library
Absolutely useless since the last update
DON’T UPDATE!!! The app is absolutely useless! When you‘re reading or watching a content, you will never ever be able to get back to the home screen (main menu) again. Tapping on the „X“ to close the content you’re reading, brings you back somewhere in the nowhere, jumping just hazardously to another chapter. From there the „X“ button doesn‘t work anymore (only the sharing arrow works, nothing else).
Closing the app, or deleting the cache doesn‘t help. Only a complete deletion and re-installation of the app works. But then again: As soon, as you start reading or watching a content, the same problem occours. You can‘t get back to the main menu.
Please fix asap.
