You need to activate the web interface of your OSCam Server to use OSCam Viewer. If you want to access your cam outside of your network, you'll also need to open and redirect the port to the IP of your server.

Not Working anymore with actual iOS Version 11.2.1

Can you please fix/update this app again, there is no connection anymore possible. It come always „ERROR The Internet connection appears to be offline“.
