1) Plan your trip:

- Compare the different trips available to reach your destination and choose the right one for you.

Problème sur sélection de sièges
Bonjour
Je commande très fréquemment des billets Paris-Genève et je suis Grand Voyageur mais à chaque fois que je réserve un billet je sélectionne un couloir dans le sens de la marche et à chaque fois le système de réservation me met en carré famille! C’est vraiment pas agréable et très irritant, d’autant plus que très souvent je me retrouve en wagon 18, juste derrière la motrice donc c’est très bruyant! Bref je trouve que vous devriez mettre les grands voyageurs et plus sur des places meilleures: chez Air France quand vous êtes platinum on vous garde les meilleurs siège et même parfois on vous upgrade!
Ce serait déjà bien si le système arrêtait de me coller en carré famille...

Bonjour,
Avez-vous déjà testé cette application? Elle est horrible. En dehors de tous les dysfonctionnements déjà énumérés par les autres utilisateurs, avez-vous essayé de lire le texte sur fond noir 🤦♂️
Avez-vous déjà vu un livre 📖 avec des pages noires et lettres en blanc. Votre application est une blague, je suppose. Évidemment je n’ai pas d’autre choix que de prendre ma voiture 🚗. Elle va sauter de joie 🤩 cette Greta machin…

Vous nous cassez les couilles avec vos trois applications oui ouigo et sncf ! A quand une application unique comme celle des CFF qui me donne des horaires nationaux pour TOUTES les entreprises de transport public du pays soit plus de 200. Je note ma rue et la rue où je souhaite aller et j’obtiens un horaire avec UN billet unique avec autant d’entreprises de transport différentes : bus, car postaux, trains, transport public de toutes les villes, bateaux… Et vous continuez à nous donner plusieurs code QR quand il y a plusieurs trajets… On est en 2021 les gars faudrait voir à vous sortir les pouces du cul… Ne parlons pas les trajets parfois inexistants sur oui et qu’on trouve sur sncf. Gros bordel
