You can’t use this program unless you sign in. Having been scammed spammed and blackmailed into purchases by several other programs that tried the same trick I won’t go that far. I want to see a program actually works before I pay for it.

Also, on a second point, as far as I can tell it is impossible to look at any of the pdf files on my device (IPhone 8). It seems I first would have to get the docs into their cloud. No thanks. Never heard of their cloud. No safety reputation. I fear data theft. Not for me. I will delete this program.

Sorry if I have misjudged your program. You will understand that there is huge wariness for signing in and signing up for anything due the large number of charlatans who use the small-print to take your money on the grounds of a subscription that you forgot to cancel.

As for saying your program works without signing in, I spent a long time testing that. The big problem was that I could not find any way to retrieve a file on my my ipad from my files folder or my adobe folder, hence my (wrong) conclusion that you have to sign in and move the docs to your cloud before manipulating them.

I found another program which could find my files, and make changes, and save the changes, so I was properly able to test it with no sign up. The saved file had a watermark which was removed after I paid for the program.

Just because your developers can use your program does not mean normal humans can. I am a normal human who is tech savvy. I could not make your program find any of my pdf documents. In that respect it was useless for me. Another program can find those same pdf files. That’s the difference.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Recently we found issue where users cannot access to Google Drive and One Drive and Files app. This issue does not allow users to import PDF files through this 3 methods. We're working on it and trying to fix it as soon as possible. If you still use these app, you can use WiFi transfer (you can find it in "+" button in local page or import PDF through other cloud service like iCloud, Box, and Dropbox or directly "Open with PDFelement" from other app.

Your feedback sounds unreasonable. We do not have our own cloud service. The only cloud service available out there are Google Drive, OneDrive, iCloud and so on. They are from Google, Apple etc. We only provide access to login through our app. Of course you can refuse to use their service.
This app is completely free and you can try all features for free even without logging in account. If you do not log in, you still can try out all features, but you just cannot save changes.
We think you misunderstood this app that we would mislead you to purchase this app or steal your personal info. We must say sorry that we did not plan to do so. This app is free and privacy is protected well.
