Online Reservations

The system sucks if you have a problem you can not speak with anyone. I was trying to reserve a car online but after I entered my credit card and it ask for billing information it doesn’t not always you to pick any country other than the US, I live in Switzerland so I don’t have a US billing address.

And if you call the 800 number you can only speak with someone if you have a trip number which you only get if you have a reservation. If you do not take international reservation then you should say only for people living in the USA.
