What is it really for????
Yes, you can see where the lounges are, but:
- Onboarding to the app was veeery difficult.
- Changing the CC to be charged does not work for me. All cards are rejected without obvious reason.
- I do not see an option to add additional cards.
So, I think, the application has too little functionality for me.

App keeps reverting back to my expired account.
Three years ago, my PP expired when my CC expired. With my new CC, I updated my PP account on the website. My current PP is accessible only until the next App update. Then, it reverts back to my old PP. Therefore, I must always carry a hardcopy pass, in order to access Lounges. Ridiculous.

Awful experience
I could find a single place available in Rome Fiumicino. I was counting on have some rest in the lounge before my next flight. But now I have enjoy a normal seat somewhere scattered in the airport, while I am paying for a service that does not provide anything effectively. Such a disappointment!
