The AVAA is a unique active system to absorb low frequency room modes in a room.
This application allows you to remotely control your AVAA(s) through your mobile phone. It also gives you access to all the information relative to your device such as serial number, firmware version, SSID, etc. You will also need this application to get access to the latest firmware and ensure you have all available features and optimised absorption.
Furthermore, this application will give you general information on acoustics, room modes and how best to use your AVAA(s).

Firmware Upgrade useless

No way to install the new Firmware on my C214, I tried 100 times with no success. Sometines a connection error to the device, sometimes it cannot etablish a connection to the https server to download the Firmware

We're sorry to hear that you've encountered difficulties installing the new firmware on your C214 device. We understand how frustrating this can be and we'd be more than happy to help you troubleshoot the issue.

It might be possible that the OTA process is stucked at the ‘’Connection error’’ step or ‘’Failed to initialise HTTPS connection with server’’.
This issue is known and is coming from the HTTPS webserver created by the application. If the app was pushed in the background at any time, the webserver is stopping and then struggling with the connection with the AVAA(s).
To make the OTA successful, please consider doing the following steps:
1) Reset factory you AVAA C214 (manipulation in the user manual).

2) Kill the application on the smartphone (kill the background process).
3) Pair the AVAA(s) with the smartphone as indicated in the user manual. (Turn ON wireless network on the AVAA and follow the instructions in the App).

4) Once the AVAA C214 shown in you App’s main screen, please go directly to the OTA process page and click update (do not try to press ‘’ON/OFF’’ or ‘’identify’’ functions).
5) Please be patient as the OTA process should take a while to complete but will finally reach the end of the process.
