Transfer Outlook pst files to your device, and have access to your messages. Save money on your data plan, as no connection to the server is necessary to read stored emails.

Some of the features in Pst Mail are:

* Open multiple pst files.
* Get pst files quickly using iTunes.
* Get pst files from Dropbox.
* Get pst files from other apps that support “Open In”.
* Search messages by sender, recipient, subject, attachment filename or full message text. You may specify a date range to narrow results. Subfolders may be included in the search.
* Select sort criteria for the message list.
* Use a different sort criterion for the special folder that contains sent items.
* Filter messages by from/to/subject or all of them combined.
* Open attachments externally with other apps in you device, or if the file format is supported, using Pst Mail preview option.
* Reply and forward messages.
* Link recipient names to the address book
* Compatible with both old and new versions of the pst file (i.e., ANSI and Unicode).
* Print emails wirelessly (iOS 4.2 or later).
* Customize timezone for date and time display.
* Display contacts in the pst file.
* Option to protect Pst Mail with a password.
* Option to exclude pst files from the iTunes backup.

Super! Finally Outlook Archive on iPad

This is the app that I have been waiting for. Through the standard Apple mail app and calendar app one can access the corporate Exchange server. With TaskTask app I can synchronize tasks with the Exchange server. What was missing so far was to have access to the many gigabytes of Outlook PST mail archives.

PST Mail solves that last problem. I can even forward or respond to emails that are stored in PST files. Now I am truly mobile with all of my email archive right on the iPad. I strongly recommend this app to all road warriors. I am so happy about PST Mail. It is well invested money!!

The dropbox support is excellent, but I recommend against using dropbox for sensitive PST files. For security reasons I use iTunes to copy the files to the iPad.

Suggestions for future releases:
1. Support Wuala in same integrated way as Dropbox. (I do not trust Dropbox encryption and policies to place company PST files on it. I don't like the idea that a competitor, the CIA, or NSA or KGB can gets access my files on dropbox through a disgruntled or bribed Dropbox employee or through court order.
2. Find a way to synchronize PST files between PC and PST files to transfer just the changed blocks. Currently one has to delete the old PST file and copy the new verion, whicj might be several GB

Teuer und leider unbrauchbar

Das App funktioniert überhaupt nicht.
Ich konnte keine einzige pst-Datei öffnen.
In den diversen "allgemeinen" Speicherorten auf dem iPad sind alle Dateien immer grau und können nicht selektiert werden.
In keinem App ist PST Mail als "öffnen mit" erschienen.
Der DropBox Link konnte nicht installiert werden (weisses Fenster).
Dieses App ist unbrauchbar.
Leider habe ich dafür CHF 10 bezahlt.
