Fix encoding issues (accented characters). Decode HEIC/HEIF to JPG before uploading.

Very buggy

I am guessing an improvement over the non-pro version, but at least an annoying bug when wanting to set 2 accounts on the same server with 2 different usernames. Labels have issues also, just on the server setup screen...
