The Raiffeisen app – straight to your new account. Online and personal.
Open your account as a new client in a fully digital process using the Raiffeisen app. Verify your identity in an a few simple steps using your passport or ID and a selfie.
You can then get started right away:
• Access your accounts immediately after the identification process and keep an eye on your assets at all times.
• Open additional private or savings accounts
• Contact your Raiffeisen bank via the app. For example, you can use it to arrange an appointment for a telephone or in-person consultation.
• Easily record payments and account transfers, scan QR bills, and approve eBill invoices.
• Track payments and standing orders.
• Manage and control your credit and debit cards. Change limits or block your card. Simply and directly in the app.
• Change personal information and access documents in the app.
The offer to open a new customer relationship via app is not aimed at customers domiciled outside Switzerland. Customers domiciled outside Switzerland can only open individual products via the app if they are already existing customers.

Version 7.0.63
We are pleased to introduce you to the latest update of our Raiffeisen app. This release brings some exciting new features and improvements:
• Free card choice: When opening a new bank package, you can now choose between a Visa Debit or a Debit Mastercard.
• Additional accounts in no time: Easily open additional private or savings accounts directly in the app. The best part: they are usable after just a few minutes.
• Effortless smartphone switch: Got a new smartphone? Easily activate the Raiffeisen app by scanning the activation code on your old smartphone. If your old smartphone is no longer available, you will receive a letter with the activation code.
• Never miss important information again: notifications are now much more visible directly on the home screen.
• Adjust an existing standing order: Now very easily in the Raiffeisen app, whether the standing order was created via the app or through the e-banking system.
• How is your portfolio doing? The performance of your portfolio is now displayed directly in the asset overview.

Gute Ansätze
Die App ist um längen besser als die alte App. Man ist auf jedenfall auf einem guten Weg. Die Funktionen müssen jedoch noch stark ausgebaut werden.
Was ich aber extrem kritisieren muss, ist die Tatsache das Zahlungen oder Kartenbuchungen nicht in echtzeit abgebucht werden. Hallo Raiffeisen wir sind bald im Jahr 2024. Da muss es doch möglich sein das Buchungen Direkt in der App angezeigt, sowie der Kontostand direkt aktualisiert wird. Das ist für mich ein Kriterium um die Bank zu wechseln. Wird das in Zukunft der Fall sein?
Transaktionen in Echtzeit
Ich bin mit der App auch sehr zufrieden, mich stört einfach das Abbuchungen nicht in Echtzeit angezeigt werden.

Vielen Dank für deine tolle Bewertung und Mitteilung. Raiffeisen ist ständig bestrebt, die E-Banking Dienstleistungen und Produkte den Bedürfnissen und Wünschen ihrer Kunden anzupassen. Sämtliche Kundenwünsche und Anregungen werden bei uns eingehend diskutiert und auf ihre Realisierbarkeit geprüft. Neues Update…
Ich war der Meinung dass die neue App gute Ansätze hat und sich mit der Zeit nur noch verbessern könnte. Grundsätzlich kam diese viel zu spät raus aber besser spät als nie.
Jetzt habe ich gesehen dass es ein Update gibt und die Beschreibung sah recht vielversprechend aus. Habe es also gleich installiert um es mir anzusehen und siehe da, das Update geht wieder genau in die andere Richtung. Wieso muss ich mich jetzt bitte plötzlich doch wieder über den PC anmelden um die App zu nutzen???!
Wirklich sehr schade, ich wollte euch nochmal eine Chance geben und die habt ihr schon nach so kurzer Zeit wieder verspielt. Echt sehr schade…
Immerhin muss ich mir jetzt keine Gedanken mehr machen nochmals zu euch zu wechseln.

Guten Tag simon.honauer Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback bezüglich des neuen Updates zu der Raiffeisen App. Wir bedauern, dass Sie eine schlechte Erfahrung gemacht haben. Es ist seit dem Update nicht notwendig, dass man sich am Computer anmeldet. Durch das Update muss man sich wieder in der App einloggen, dazu benötigt man dann aber entweder das PhotoTAN oder das SMS Login. Dann loggt man sich einmalig damit ein und kann dann eine PIN definieren, sowie auch die Biometrie des Smartphones hinterlegen. Wir bitten Sie, sich diesbezüglich doch telefonisch an uns zu wenden.
