Dig Deeper

Analyze your laps on charts presenting values such as speed, RPMs , longitudinal g-force, lateral g-force and other with respect to the distance in lap! Compare your laps with laps of your friends or professionals to find a place where you can gain the most.
Review the situation on track with in lap video footage, check your position on the track - all in sync with selected points either from the charts or the track miniature presenting the whole run.
Gain additional information of your run using the g-forces diagram presented
as a cloud of points.

Drill Down the Time

Compare your laps on a time slip chart to check which run was your best and where did you negotiate the turn like a pro.
Sync a selected point with other views and gain knowledge of what made your
time better!

Excellent Tool - Good Value - Extremely Helpful

We‘ve been using Race Navigators and the Analyzer software for 4 years now in a variety of cars (Ferrari 430 Challenge, Ferrari 458 Challenge and now Ferrari 488 Challenge). We

The Analyzer software is extremely good, but any review of it must also take into account the RN hardware unit that is being used to acquire the data that the Analyzer uses. We started off using an early version of Race Navigator One, and after a year upgraded to Race Navigator Pro. This was a good move and is highly recommended, mainly because RN One only allows access to car data via a plug-in Bluetooth OBD2 connector and this is very limited. RN Pro offers some additional features and is configurable to access CAN Bus data from the race cars, and this additional data can be used in the Analyzer software to really unlock analytical comparison of laps to achieve better times.

With access to the CAN Bus, the RN Analyzer really becomes an immensely useful tool. You can very quickly download the few laps you are interested in, and the Analyzer allows rapid and meaningful comparison of everything from speeds, to steering angles, brake pedal pressure, throttle position, and G-Forces. We found that comparing laps with the Time-Slip plot quickly reveals where time is being lost, and then you go into more detail with the Analyzer in these sections to see exactly why.

We also found that there are regular updates to keep the App current and to provide new features. Perhaps most importantly, the people at RN are always available by phone or email to help with any technical problems.

Bottom line: if you want to improve your driving, this App and the RN in-car hardware is a very sophisticated and cost-effective way to go.
