Great, but buggy

Roam is such a great tool working with it. I would give 6 stars if possible. The new app is quite buggy (can‘t use arrows, sometimes changes menupoints while typing, …). For now I would suggest to install Roam as app from the website. This works great on iPad, iPhone and MacOS. Dear Roam-team: in the app store you‘ll meet a new audience. Therefore the app should be working better and please use better screenshots and description to sell it;-)

Unjustified Charges and Lack of Transparency

I have had an extremely disappointing experience with Roam Research and its subscription service. I was charged USD 165 for a subscription I was led to believe had been canceled. What makes this even more frustrating is that there was no clear information about the active subscription in my account dashboard. It seems almost as if the system is designed to prevent easy cancellation and obscure the true status of one's subscription.

This lack of transparency and ease of use is unacceptable.
