OUR RUN MOTION TEAM
We are a team of running enthusiasts, coaches and elite runners (selected for International competition). We love running on track, road and trail.
• Guillaume Adam is the co-author of a scientific publication at MIT (Boston) on predicting running performances. He finished in the top 50 at the 2019 New York Marathon, with a finishing time of 2:26, and had a stellar career on the track, including a sub-4 minute mile and multiple international vests for France.
As a Certified Coach, he has developed the Artificial Intelligence (AI) that generates your adaptive training plan.
• Romain Adam has a marathon PB of 2:38 and is an expert in startup development. His next challenge: competing in the Paris Marathon, with the RunMotion Coach marathon training plan.

Affiner les terrains d’entraînement possibles
Je suis surpris de ne pas trouver le tapis de course comme terrain...
Je suis comme Galen Rupp partisan du tapis qui est moins sollicitant pour les tendons, même si c’est pas très glamour bien sûr!
Sinon il me semble que les propositions de temps sont ambitieux! A moins que ce soit moi...

Bonjour,
Merci pour votre avis, et votre suggestion pour le tapis de course comme terrain, nous l'avons ajouté à la liste.
Pour les allures d'entraînement, elles sont basées sur vos chronos passés et votre chrono cible à partir d'un modèle de prédiction de performance.
L'idéal est de renseigner au moins 2 courses passées sur des distances différentes (si possible éloignée, comme 10km et semi) pour que la prédiction soit le plus fiable possible.
