Untauglich
Die App raubt einem den letzten Nerv. Auf der Webseite wird sie zur Erstellung der Projekte empfohlen, aber nach unzähligen vergeblichen Versuchen gab ich auf. Nicht mal das Zuschneiden von Fotos ging! Das entsprechende Gitter erschien zwar, doch es passierte nichts. Die Browser-Anwendung zeigte ebenfalls massive Mängel. Automatische Zwischenspeicherung ist Fehlanzeige, Platzieren der Fotos nicht intuitiv. Ich hatte einen, wie es schien, grosszügigen Gutschein zum Testen und Beurteilen erhalten. Nur deswegen bin ich überhaupt drangeblieben. Der ganze „Spass“ hat mich dann trotzdem 33 Franken gekostet, abgesehen von den Nerven und der verlorenen Zeit. Der Bon war nur für die Professional Line gültig und wurde nicht voll angerechnet zufolge eines Aktionspreises. In der Reaktion auf meine Beschwerde wurde ich unprofessionell geduzt, ein Entgegenkommen lag nicht drin - ich regte mich gleich nochmals auf. Das Buch selber wurde schneller als versprochen geliefert und wirkt hochwertig verarbeitet. Die Farben sind perfekt, der Glanz ist toll. Trotzdem, der mit dem Gutschein sicherlich bezweckte positive Werbe-Effekt wurde nicht erzielt - im Gegenteil!
Nachtrag: Meine gleichlautende Bewertung wurde im Shop nicht publiziert, anscheinend sind nur positive Rezensionen zulässig. Ich wurde aber mit einer Standardmail nochmals zu einem Feedback aufgefordert, worauf ich antwortete und meine Enttäuschung erneut zum Ausdruck brachte. Und siehe da: Die Rechnung wurde kulanterweise korrigiert, der Gutschein wurde nun zu 100 % berücksichtigt! Es gibt dort also durchaus engagiertes und kompetentes Personal, so dass meine Einschätzung zum Kundendienst natürlich korrigiert werden muss.
