good app but important changes needed
Functionality of the app is good. 3 things should be changed urgently:
1. the menu is displayed in portrait mode, but the camera picture is in landscape mode. This is very inconvenient, because it makes it necessary to turn the smartphone or tablet all the time. Especially for the tablet, it would be nice to have the menu and the alarm messages also in landscape mode of the display.
2. when an alarm message from the doorbell comes in, after pressing the "view" or "check" button, the audio communication from the smartphone or the tablet to the doorbell is always immediately active. This is very inconvenient because it is normally not desired that the person at the door can hear you. It would be nice if the app would remember from the last time if the communication is on or off.
3.When starting to view the camera image, the resolution is always SD. it would be nice if the app would remember the selected image resolution (LD or SD or HD). This means if the user selcts HD, then the app will always use HD as the resolution until the user slects another resolution.
Once these 3 things are changes, I will give this app 4 stars!
In order to get 5 stars, it would be necessary to implement a help funtion that explains all functions of the app. For example, it is not clear how to use the "Defense Area Settings"etc.
