Install the Galaxy Watch application on your mobile device, then pair your Gear S2, Gear S3, Gear Sport, Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Watch Active, Galaxy Watch Active2 or Galaxy Watch3 with a Bluetooth connection and enjoy all of its features.
* Compatibility
- Galaxy Watch is not compatible with iPad and iPod touch
* Settings and features provided by the Galaxy Watch application are only available when Gear S2, Gear S3, Gear Sport and Galaxy Watch is connected to your mobile device. Features will not work properly without a proper connection between Gear S2 / Gear S3 / Gear Sport / Galaxy Watch / Galaxy Watch Active / Galaxy Watch Active2 / Galaxy Watch3 and your mobile device.

Auch wenn die Verbindung zum iPhone ab und zu verloren geht (an die Entwickler: wäre hilfreich, das zu verbessern!) ist die App sehr gut. Die Akkulaufzeit der Galaxy Watch ist im Vergleich zur Gear S3 viel besser, dürfte aber noch besser sein. :-)Leider hat Samsung Health offenkundigerweise Probleme mit der Verbindung zur Galaxy Watch: man muss Bluetooth aus- und wieder einschalten, nur dann klappt es!

Dear Bernhard Meister, we are sorry you had to face so much trouble. Please try the following steps to resolve the issue:1. Close Samsung Health and Galaxy Fit app from the background2. Start the Galaxy Fit app first and wait till the battery and other status show up on the top. Let it run in the background 3. Turn on the Samsung Health app for synchronization. 4. Go to your phone’s Settings and scroll down to apps. Toggle on Background App Refresh for both Samsung Health.Please let us know how it goes.

So pleasesend us logs (right after this freeze occurs) from the below path :Galaxy Watch App> tap on upper right 3 dots > Contact us > Report a Problem (please be sure you tick on "Send system log").If you can't access the app at all, try reinstalling it again.
