Also Included in the APP are on-demand unlimited exercise especially designed by myself that you can carry out in the comfort of your own home to feel energised, strong and sassy. If you haven't exercised in a while and the thought of the gym horrifies you, you will find the exercises in here effective to make you feel, energised, strong and sassy and always working at your own pace, you can Chromecast them or Airdrop them to your TV and workout with me!

Hi My name is Patricia (Tricia) and I am a qualified Food and Nutrition Coach as well as a Wellness/Holistic/Mindset Coach and Fitness Instructor. I keep it real, I am a little bit humorous and I love empowering women to feel well, energised, strong and sassy in this stage of their lives.

Through my APP I can personally work with you if you're are looking to make the transition more bearable and feel energised, healthy and strong.
