ScanBizCards app users can also scan the ScanBizCards share code using the default camera app on their device and save it as a contact within the app. If a user does not currently have the ScanBizCards installed and scans the ScanBizCards share code, they are navigated to a webpage on their iPhone/iPad’s browser and can download contact info as a .vcf file and store it on their native address book.

Does not work in Europe, poor support
As an IT expert I always test apps like this one. In this case I tried several business card reader apps. All images have been made with the exactly same high quality, resulting in clear and sharp photos of the business cards, and I tried 5 different business cards to be sure about the results.
Most of the tested apps, like this one, have not been able to place the text in the correct fields. Since 2 of the tested apps could successfully add ALL of the text correctly in ALL corresponding fields, it's proven that it's a failure of the app and not of the images. I'm emphasizing this because by asking the support for help, I got useless answers like "your image might not be good", or "the light might not be correct", or several other stupid "standard answers"; for me that's poor, because this is no help, it sounds like "leave me alone". Again, all of the tested images were of high quality, clear and sharp. As simple as it is: this app just does not find the corresponding fields!
- At none of the tested cards this app could make a separation between first name and surname (both in 1 field),
- the ZIP code was always (!) placed in the address line,
- at some of the business cards the app could not find the field for the company name or department, and so on.
My feeling is that this app "only works with US address field templates"; with European templates it doesn't seem to work. For me this app is useless because it needs too much manual adjustment or you have to buy their "manual transcription" upgrade!
