SecureSign – login and transaction signing for Credit Suisse online services.
An existing client relationship with Credit Suisse and a valid login for one of the supported Credit Suisse online services are required in order to use this app.
SecureSign can be used for login and for transaction signing in the following Credit Suisse online services:
• Credit Suisse Direct
• Credit Suisse Direct app
• Credit Suisse PLUS
• MyBonviva - Rewards Shop
• eamXchange
• Direct Trade Finance

:: Advantages of SecureSign ::
• SecureSign provides a high level of security
• Can be used everywhere and at any time. No need for an internet or telephone connection to use the SecureSign app
• Offers an easy and convenient means of logging in and confirming transactions such as payments, transfers, etc.
:: Credit Suisse Direct::
Once you have logged in, you can register for the new security procedure yourself under "My Profile/SecureSign".
:: Credit Suisse Direct App ::
With SecureSign, logging in to Mobile Banking is even faster and more convenient.
If you have installed Credit Suisse Direct and the SecureSign app on the same smartphone, only a user ID and password are now required to log in. After this, the SecureSign app asks you to confirm login by pressing a button.

Man braucht zwingend ein zweites Gerät
Man benötigt zwingend ein zweites Gerät. An einer Stelle wird man aufgefordert die blaue Grafik zu scannen was ja aber nicht geht wenn man zb. nur das Smartphone verwendet und gar keinen PC hat.
Ist sicher gut dass man die Sicherheit erhöhen will aber ich denke es ist heutzutage immer häufiger der Fall, dass man nur noch ein Smartphone verwendet. Für diese Zielgruppe müsste man noch eine (sichere) Lösung finden.
Account block
i was with CS for 20 years, today they blocked my account and asked to submit explation of transactions, told me to do that by Email and never gave me the email to send to. i cannot use my account anymore, stays for 3 hours on their hotline. it is a disaster, no customer service what so ever, iam not recognising a respected Swiss bank I liked and was proud of 20 years ago
